Information on warranty and how to contact us for repairs.

Warranty & Repair Policy

We offer free repairs for items purchased from us within their warranty time frame. The warranty periods are as follows:

  • Fabric: 1 year
  • Mechanism: 3 years
  • Motor: 1 year
  • Wood (Bed sets, TV stands, Tables, Chairs): 1 year

Any items outside of the warranty period will be charged based on the item, repair time, and delivery/pickup. We will provide you with a full quote before proceeding with any out-of-warranty repairs.

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your email:

  • Your contact information (name, phone number, and address).
  • The brand and type of furniture that is damaged (e.g., recliner, sofa, table).
  • Pictures of the model and serial number, typically located underneath the footrest or cushions, or on the back/bottom of the furniture piece.
  • A picture of the damage on the piece of furniture.
  • A detailed description of the damage.
