We do offer repairs for items purchased from us within the warranty time frame, which will be free of charge.

Fabric - 1 year

Mechanism - 3 years

Motor - 1 year

Wood (Bed sets, TV stand, Tables, Chairs) - 1 year

Any items out of warranty will be charged based on the item, repair time, and delivery/ pick up.

-Your own contact information such as name, phone number, address

-Brand, and type of furniture that is broken (recliner, sofa, table, etc..)

-Pictures of the model and serial number typically located underneath footrest or cushions, underneath or on back/ bottom sides of the piece of furniture

-Picture of damage on the piece of furniture

-Description of damage, or as much information about the damage as you can include
